Yes and No. Although the risks of challenge lie at the level of identity of the signatory/ies (risk of repudiation and/or imputation), we do not recommend that you sign agreements using a simple Universign signature. However, if you have sufficiently robust systems in place to identify and authenticate the signatory prior to signing the document, a Universign signature could be used as a supplementary component of your procedures. If you use this option, we suggest you approach your usual advisers for the implementation of this type of project.
