Checkboxes design homogenization for level 3 signature page

The checkboxes design was harmonized on this page. Therefore, the ones implemented by Universign do now have the same design as the standard ones which simplifies the user experience on this page.

Tooltips on the signature page

Two tooltipes were added to the signature page in order to allow signers to better understand their usage.

SMS Recipient's number appears on the page

When a telephone number is pre-registered in the signature collection, it now appears on the screen to the signer when they enter the code.

This information allows the user to know which phone received the SMS and avoids them clicking multiple time on "Resend" and being lost in the process because they never receive an SMS sent to another number.

Event API for the Iframe

Our Iframe event API allows better scheduling of the redirection process after signature when the signature page is integrated in Iframe mode thanks to our "listener/callback"system.

New helpdesk feature

Update : March, 12th, 2018

In case of a signing error, the screen automatically redirects the signer to the below error page where a web widget allows to access a helpdesk pop-up. The message sent from there instantly creates a ticket in our Managemnt system.

When you fill-up these fields, a ticket is created in our helpdesk system and will be taken in charge by our support team.

General terms of use

A new checkbox allows the signer to acknowledge reading and agreeing to Universign's "General terms of use".This new checkbox now contains in details all information about our trusted services : time-stamping, electronic signature, crypto-keys storage etc...

Implementation of the new GDPR regulation

In order to be compliant with the new Data Protection Regulation, we implemented a new checkbox on the signature page where the signer acknowledges reading and agrees to our Privacy Policy.
